Reservation Information
Our private events are intimate by design — up to 30 guests — so every celebration still feels like Feel Good. A few details to help things run smoothly:
- A 20% service charge will be added to all package prices, in addition to sales tax.
- Guest count decreases are allowed up to 72 hours before the event; after that, the previously agreed number of guests will be charged.
- Guest count increases are subject to availability and must be confirmed within the same 72-hour period.
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance; otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.
- No outside food, drinks, desserts, or whole cakes are allowed.
- Only centerpiece decorations and balloons are permitted. Confetti, sparkler candles, backdrops, and arch-style balloons are not allowed.
- All adult guests must be under the same package.
- Maximum experience time: 120 minutes.
- Events extending beyond the maximum experience time will be charged $100 for each additional hour.
- Tables will be held for 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation time.
- At least 3/4 of the party or the full party must be present before seating.
- Up to 5 different credit cards are accepted per check.
- Minimum of 10 guests per event · Reservations must be made at least 5 days in advance.
